1/80" F14 ISO=125 200mm(tightly cropped)Have you ever played Pitch? It is a card game. We played it all the time when I was a teenager at our camp by the lake. It is really a fun game...although I am not sure I remember all the rules...it has been a LONG time since I have played. I do remember that there was something you could do called "shoot the moon". Basically if you pulled off a chance to "shoot the moon", you won (I think...well you at least won the round)! Because of this, I always tend to think of the summers playing Pitch when I look up at the moon (especially when it is full). Well tonight I as inspired by Louisa to take a photo of the moon. She made a very nice comment on yesterday's pictures and really sparked my interest in shooting the moon. I looked over this article for tips. It was really fun! So here is my attempt to "Shoot the Moon"...What do you think? Did I win??
PS...Sorry I haven't been commenting as much...my little ones still aren't better and need lots of Mommy lovins'

I tried to take a picture of hte moon last night (inspried by your post). It totally didn't work out. I'll try again. Love the one you did.
